The Chill is gone, the Thrill begins!
We have overcome winter, entered into daylight savings time, and know how many additional days our children have to attend school to finish out the school year. This means we are moving into spring, right?
I dunno. Mother Nature has been throwing us for some kinda loop across this country this year! Let's hope we get to move on to more frequently warmer days. With that in mind, if thoughts of buying or selling a home have been on the back burner, bring them forward. Charlottesville is now the 2nd most expensive area in the Commonwealth in terms of real estate, and, as such, we command a great price for selling your property, and an increased demand for the property is good for all involved; even when purchasing, the interest rates remain low and the value of the home you purchase will likely increase faster in value than in other areas in Virginia.
